十月的青草

转眼来北京两年半了，在现在的公司做了很多职位，却仍找不到自己的定位。

公司的业务不断拓展，不断壮大，虚华的膨胀下面是激烈的内部冲突和改造。人们来来去去的为公司创造财富，带来创新，发现问题，解决或制造矛盾。适应并改变了的人们留了下来，其他人继续着他们在IT行业的历险记，离开这里，继续新的历险。

尽五个月的挣扎，我带领的团队终于磕磕绊绊的把一个与INTEL合作的项目带入尾声，最后的剪裁仪式却被另一个适应能力很强的历险家攫取了。在权力斗争中的我是个失败者。管理构架无法保护真正做事的人，它保护的是工作效率、团队稳定性和利润最大化。个人的利益必须服从和以来管理构架的工作原则，才能得到发展。

一片狼藉的斥责和抱怨中，我提交了辞职报告，在原则和利益面前，我再次选择了原则，这样会最大化我的损失和伤痛，但我仍放弃了公司提供的更高的职位和缓和的机会。不知道这样的坚持还能持续多久，也许，下一次的选择会是利益优先了。

公司园区里的草坪里，嫩绿的青草葱茏的生长着，因为定期有园丁来修剪，状态非常平整且稠密。已经是深秋的十月下旬，冬天到来前最后一缕骄阳播撒在嫩绿地毯上。

奥北中心房价涨了

一位同事最近买了房，闲聊间得知那房产正是两个月前我曾要购买的奥北中心，因为地属朝阳区立水桥，又处在地铁5号线与城铁13号线的交叉点，地理位置十分抢眼。
8月份当时房价6K左右，由于某些原因没有买，现在同事买的房产已经涨到7K多，才两个多月，望楼兴叹啊。
